Conflict of Interest Policy

Vision Scientific Journal (VSJ) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct in scholarly publishing.

All participants in the publication process — including authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial board members — are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence, or appear to influence, their work.

1. Author Responsibilities

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived as influencing the research results or interpretation of findings.

Examples of potential conflicts include, but are not limited to:

• Financial support, funding, or grants

• Employment or consultancy relationships

• Ownership of patents or intellectual property

• Personal relationships or academic competition

All sources of funding must be clearly stated in the manuscript.

Failure to disclose conflicts of interest may result in rejection, correction, or retraction of the article.

2. Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers must decline to review a manuscript if:

• There is a direct personal or professional relationship with the author(s).

• There is a competitive, collaborative, or financial conflict.

• They feel unable to provide an objective and impartial evaluation.

All review processes must remain confidential.

3. Editorial Responsibilities

 Editors must:

• Avoid handling manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.

• Ensure unbiased and fair editorial decisions.

• Delegate decision-making when conflicts arise.

4. Transparency and Disclosure

The journal may publish declared conflicts of interest alongside the article when relevant.

VSJ reserves the right to investigate undisclosed conflicts and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.
