Vision Scientific Journal (VSJ) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in scientific publishing. The journal follows the internationally recognized principles and guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics.


Ethical Standards

The journal is dedicated to ensuring that all published research adheres to internationally accepted ethical standards. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific merit, originality, clarity, and relevance of the submitted work, regardless of the authors’ nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, or political views.

Research involving human participants, human data, or biological materials must comply with internationally recognized ethical standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Authors must provide information regarding ethical approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board (IRB) when applicable.


Responsibilities of Editors

Editors of Vision Scientific Journal (VSJ) are responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of the journal.

Editors must:

  • Evaluate manuscripts fairly and objectively based on scientific merit.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts to Vision Scientific Journal (VSJ) must adhere to the following principles:

  • Manuscripts must represent original research and must not be under consideration by another journal simultaneously.
  • All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors approve the final manuscript before submission.

Authorship and Contributions

Peer Review Policy

Vision Scientific Journal (VSJ) adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

Each manuscript is evaluated by two or more independent experts in the relevant field.

Based on reviewers’ reports, the editorial team may decide to:

  • Accept the manuscript
  • Request revisions
  • Reject the manuscript

The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief.


Confidentiality

Editors and reviewers must treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents.

Information contained within submitted manuscripts must not be disclosed to anyone except those directly involved in the editorial and peer review process.


Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Writing

Authors are responsible for the originality and accuracy of their research.

The journal discourages the inappropriate use of generative AI tools in producing scientific manuscripts. Any use of AI tools must comply with ethical publishing standards and must not compromise the integrity of the research.

Authors remain fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts.


Post-Publication Ethics

If ethical violations are discovered after publication, the journal may take appropriate actions, including:

  • Publishing corrections
  • Issuing expressions of concern
  • Retracting the article
  • Informing the authors’ institutions when necessary

All investigations will follow internationally recognized ethical procedures.
